Shipping & Delivery

Our logistics team works hard to get your order to you in time and in the best condition.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 24–48 hours. Orders are shipped every day except Sundays and public holidays.

  • Delivery Times: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within Portugal and 5–9 business days across the EU. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location or delays outside of our control.

  • Accuracy: It is crucial that you provide the correct address, postal code, and contact details at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

  • International Shipping (Outside the EU): For delivery outside the EU, please email us at modenistudios@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote based on your order and location.

Delivery Charges & Free Shipping

  • Orders over €88 qualify for free shipping.

  • For orders under €88, delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change the free shipping minimum threshold at any time based on seasonal promotions.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, they will attempt to contact you or make a second delivery attempt. If a package is permanently unclaimed or refused after the carrier's maximum delivery attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. The order will be cancelled, and you will be issued a refund for the product value minus the original shipping costs incurred.
