CARE & MAINTENANCE
This Ankara piece is crafted from 100% African wax print cotton.
To lock in the vibrant colors before your first wear, soak the garment in cold water with a tablespoon of salt for 15 minutes.
For regular care, hand wash or machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle inside out.
Always use a mild, pH-neutral detergent and avoid bleach entirely.
Wash separately or with similar colors, as minor bleeding may occur initially.
Always air dry your garment by line drying it inside out in a shaded area away from direct sunlight.
Do not tumble dry, as heat will shrink the natural cotton fibers and ruin the wax finish.
To remove wrinkles, iron the garment on the reverse side using a low-to-medium cotton setting.
Store your piece in a cool, dry place away from UV light to prevent fading.
